Submission of a Manuscript

\r\n Before publication, all accepted papers should be submitted:\r\n

\r\n
• A camera-ready copy which accurately follows the journal Template\r\n Format.
\r\n
• The author is also asked to fill out a Copyright\r\n Agreement Transfer.
\r\n
• The authors are requested to either apply requested reviewers\u2019 comments or explain\r\n the reason for which they disregard any of the comments of reviewers by filling out Author's\r\n Response Form as well.
